Seventeen Define and Conquer Contour Kit Review

Hi guys!

I hope you all had a brilliant Christmas! I had a lovely few days with my family, relaxing and enjoying the festivities that go along with this holiday and am now getting set for the new year.

Today I am sharing a product review of the Seventeen Define and Conquer Contouring Kit which I purchased a few weeks before Christmas; I’m a bit late to the contouring game so I am still looking for  a product that I find works really well for me and decided to give this one a try.

I have this product in the medium shades which is really good if you have quite fair skin like myself, the colour is nicely pigmented and definitely helps to create a contrast and define the necessary areas if your face. Both of the powders are matt which I love because so many contouring kits have shimmery shades which I don’t really like and try to avoid. I love the highlighter shade in this kit because the colour is really distinct and actually helps to cover dark circles under the eye too which is an added bonus. It also goes on and blends very nicely which is another plus for this product.

One complaint I have about this product is that the powder goes everywhere, when applying it to the brush it tends to go all over the palette and mirror, which can be a pain. However, it isn’t too much of a problem and wouldn’t prevent me from buying the product again.

The price is of this product is also great, at £5.99 it doesn’t feel like too much of a splurge which is definitely something I can get on board with.

I would definitely recommend this product, particularly for those who are new to contouring, while you won’t end up with cheekbones like Kim K by only using this product it will definitely define your facial features nicely, and I would purchase this again. Any comments or feedback are welcome!
